My name is Elio Cardetta, I am the manager of "Genius in 21 days" for the Bologna office, a company that deals with personalized study methods, capable of halving learning times.
I learned about BNI in January 2016 while surfing the internet. I then met Michele Guerrini, BNI Director of Bologna, and I took part in the first meeting immediately after.
BNI immediately struck me for the method and energy in the early morning.
I have decided to join the Core Group of the BNI Chapter "Vittoria Bologna" already starting in February 2016, because; I was thrilled with the method and to see entrepreneurs who had so much experience. great desire to grow in life and in business. From the very beginning, it was for me. I really liked the vision that there was for the BNI Bologna Ferrara Region.
Today, after these first 3 years spent together, I would like to thank 3 people in particular. Federico Capoccia, because; was the first in BNI to enroll in the "Genius in 21 days" full of confidence (it's wonderful to see the results he managed to obtain), Daniele Venturini and Antonio Lipari who trusted me and joined the Chapter's work.
I think entrepreneurs who want to improve their standards and have more opportunities can find an advantage in BNI. tools for doing business.
One day I would like to create a structure for all entrepreneurs who want to get together to share valuable ideas and help other entrepreneurs do better.
During the morning of BNI I am very charged because I am very busy. I know that I go to motivating environment with people who always ask for more. by themselves. I love the atmosphere of my Chapter and the possibility of to meet very smart Members with a great desire to improve themselves.
BNI for me is the right thing to do. become an integral part of my business. Covering various roles of responsibility over time; in the Chapter (e.g. President, Head of Guests, Head of Training), I learned many notions and grew significantly from a personal and professional point of view.
I would very much like to be able to involve Mirko Ricci Maccarini in my Chapter, who knows me and other Members of my Chapter very well. I know it could grow a lot through mutual cooperation.
I would like to thank Michele Guerrini because; he has always motivated us to ask us for the best and, after 3 years, & egrave; nice to see how we are among the Chapters that create very high standards throughout Italy.
Among all the Members of the BNI "Vittoria Bologna" it is almost always first in traffic lights and, thanks to him, 12 people have chosen to join our Chapter.
Givers Gain is my favorite value among those of BNI: I think it's the basis of success.
I think that the greatest contribution I have made to the Chapter is having brought Antonio Lipari and Daniele Venturini to know the "Vittoria Bologna". I'm delighted to see them like this; motivated and with these results after their choice to stay with us to team up, mutually exchanging business opportunities; of business.
BNI is not in my opinion; just a network to do more; business, but truly a way to awaken the world of entrepreneurs and give them tools to make them better through collaboration.
